God, from the beginning, made the promise of salvation to man and kept re-stating it through the scriptures. He fulfilled this promise by himself by becoming a man – Jesus the Christ – in his death, burial and resurrection. The believer today is a beneficiary of the fulfilled promise!

Meanwhile, God doesn’t want you to be ignorant of all that happened in the death, burial and resurrection of Jesus. That Christ died, was buried and rose on the third day for our sins is according to the scriptures. Also, those events are of spiritual essence.
